Dean S. Tripodes is the CEO of Baywalk Web Development, an Internet company that develops and hosts websites for small businesses and non-profit organizations. He has taught the webmaster class for the University of California at Irvine and consults for Lee Hecht Harrison, an international management consulting and outplacement firm.

Dean has a MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University. He has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California.

He has over 3 years new venture management experience, 7 years information technology management experience, and over 10 years in desktop computer support and computer programming.

He established an internship with Cal Poly Pomona that provided quality staff while reducing labor and training expenses.

For 4 years he managed a growing help desk with over 2000 computers and 60 Windows NT and Novell Netware networks.
